Whats Haute?

Tadashi Shoji showed his Fall 2012 collection on the first day of New York Fashion Week, and what a showing, take a look:
I would give my left arm for this dress. I absolutely adore the detailing on the top and the 3/4 sleeve. The Tulle skirt with the nude peeping through is TDF! Love this dress! Gwyneth Paltrow would kill this look.
I love the flawy-ness of this dress. I also love the lace design on the torso. This would be a killer dress for Duchess Katherine!
Normally, I am not into florals, as I have a sort of edgy look, but this is so delicate and feminine, I approve!
I actually am a big fan of straight dresses with a little but of flair. I love the lace detail, very "in" right now. Good dress for someone with a slender figure, KStew?
I love the slender fit of the dress and the detailing along the chest it fantastic! Such a classy dress.

Now, the best part: Alexander McQueen Spring 2012 Haute Couture! Alexander McQueen is by far one of my favorite designers, and a favorite among Duchess Katherine and classic celebs like Anne Hathaway. Check out his Spring collection:
The detailing on this dress is...say it with me "TDF." To my understanding, this is hand beaded. Please and thank you?
You know, I would actually wear this as a wedding dress. Its so beautiful and the detailing is unmatched. A true Alexander McQueen original.
I adore this white lace dress. I love the see through bottom and I love how sleek the design is! A++ McQueen.
I almost don't have anything to say. You will find I am a BIG fan of Gold and Black. I love the fit. Would be nice for a taller, and curvier figure. Charlize Theron, suit up!
Another black and gold classic. I more love the bottom of the dress than the top, but the detailing of the top is very one of a kind, and looks to be hand beaded as well. Oh, Alexander...you genius, you.
Class at its finest.

Fresh Faces: Emma Watson

I cannot tell you how big of a girl crush I have on Emma Watson. She is absolutely gorgeous and pulls off the best pixie cut since Michelle Williams debuted her blonde pixie in 2009! She has a really courageous sense of style, and I salute her for that. She will be a fashion icon before her young career is over, mark my words.

Check out some of my personal favorite looks from her:
This look is the absolute epitome of class. The duchess Katherine herself couldn't wear it better.
I love this color. I love the shoes. And I love the belt. The belt really makes the outfit, otherwise it would have just been a dress. Thumbs up for accessorizing!
Lace is very in right now and this full lace romper is killing it! The neckline makes the outfit look sweet, but sexy. A+
There aren't words to express how amazing this dress is, and she rocks the hell out of it. Everything from the color to the uneven rusching. I love this look.
What an absolutely stunning dress. This reminds me why she is named "best dressed woman in the world."
Girl crush level : 11. This is by far the sexiest look she has pulled off thus far. The lace detailing is so sexy and the red looks fantastic against her skin. And the shoes. Oh, the shoes. TDF look.
I absolutely adore this get up. The top makes the outfit. I adore this. And my god those legs...
While I can admit she looks somewhat "boyish", this look is chic and sexy. I love the modern twist with the blush blazer. Adds her girlie sense of style, while keeping the boyish idea in tact. Way to go Emma!

You will see more of this girl in my blog because I am truly #obsessed.

Obsessed: KStews newfound style.

Check out KStew. She isn't as big a hott mess as I thought. And, she brushes her hair! I actually am growing quite fond of the outspoken actress. She really doesn't care what anyone thinks, and that makes for great fashion.

Best looks:

These Balenciaga leggings have gotten a lot of backlash lately, but, what I wouldn't give... These add a great pop of color and I love the plain white tee she adds to it. Thumbs up!
The neck line of this dress is TDF. (To die for.) It really adds length to her neck. I also like the red against her fair skin.  Good choice.
I absolutely love this kind of edgy chic look. The leather pants are great, really in right now, and they really accent her long lean legs. The top reminds me of a certain pair of leggings she recently rocked, no?
While I could do with a better hairstyle, this dress looks AWESOME on her. I love the sheer top and the leather detail. I also really like the cut of this dress. It makes those super long legs go for days!

Worst looks:

Love the dress, Hate the shoes. This is the Red Carpet, not a skatepark. Find some Louboutins.
This pattern is hideous. Its like mini Christmas Trees...in blue. Not flattering.
The cut if this dress is really unflattering for her legs. Since she is such a small girl, the cut makes her look actually thicker than she is. I will say that the top of the dress is very chic, but not her style.
This is really gloomy and the pattern is just hellacious. I would never recommend anyone to put this on, especially with "skin white as snow."
I don't have much to say except: Trailer Trash. Clean it up Stew.
Uhm, are you an actress or are you a 50 year old barding school teacher?
